Shipping / Delivery Policy

A most of orders received before 5pm on any Working Day are processed and dispatched the same day on our Next Working Day delivery schedule.

Orders are dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery service as standard. Our couriers deliver and collect orders from our dispatch locations Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays). Saturday delivery of orders is also possible, please see below for further details.

If you need to contact us regarding the status of an order please email customer services on info@thespicecentre.com. Most enquiries are responded to within few hours, during normal business hours.

Please provide us the correct postal code, providing an incorrect postal code can delay the processing of an order.

Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at ​The Spice Centre​.If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have ​14 days days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return,
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, yams….etc.) are all final sale. Please check all fresh produce items at time of purchase or pick up.
  • All Jewellry, Gift items, Prayer items are all final sales.
