Q: How can I find the prices of all the items?

A: Please send us your order and at checkout, ask for a price list for your order in the order notes and we will email it to you.

 

Q: Can I place an order online and get it shipped out to where we live?

A: Yes, we can definitely ship the order out to you. We mostly use Canada Post for our shipping.

 

Q: How will I know what the shipping charges are?

A: When you place an order, please include your address with postal code in the order notes. After you place your order, we will contact you with your total and can give you an estimate of shipping charges.

 

Q: How do I make the payment for my order?

A: We accept Debit, Visa and Mastercard as a form of payment. You can make the payment over the phone or E-transfer. Only the store manager will ask for your credit card details and all details given are safely discarded after the payment is processed. A copy of your processed payment will be emailed to you along with your itemized receipt.

 

Q: If I can’t find a product on your site, are you able to get it?

A: Yes, we can definitely try to find it for you. We carry many more items that are not listed on our site. Please let us know and we can check.
