MDH Kasoori Methi
Kasoori Methi refers to dried leaves of the Fenugreek plant. It has a slightly bitter but delicious taste that goes well with starchy vegetables like yams and potatoes, regular paneer and tofu curries, meat dishes etc. It can be crushed and added to the dish during or at the end of the cooking process. It can also be added to dough when making puris and parathas.
